Tandoori Chicken

Tandoori chicken is a popular dish known for its vibrant flavors and aromatic spices. Lamb Biryani

First, pieces of tender lamb are marinated in a blend of yogurt and spices such as cumin, coriander, turmeric, ginger, garlic, and chili powder. This marinade helps to tenderize the meat and infuse it with rich flavor. Meanwhile, long-grain basmati rice is soaked and partially cooked until it's about halfway done. This ensures that the rice grains remain separate and fluffy when the biryani is assembled.
